Our client is a fast-growing, multi-site restaurant and hospitality brand, recognised for premium quality, fresh ingredients and a strong, loyal customer following. As the business continues its ambitious expansion across the UK and Europe, they are seeking an experienced Head of Procurement to lead and professionalise procurement across the organisation.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position with end-to-end ownership of procurement strategy and delivery across three core areas:

• Indirect Spend – driving value and efficiency across non-food categories including services, facilities, equipment and professional spend
• Food & Beverage Procurement – safeguarding supply continuity, quality and cost competitiveness across core ingredient categories
• Construction Procurement – supporting new site openings and estate development through effective contractor and materials sourcing

You will lead and develop a team of three procurement professionals, building category strategies, strengthening supplier relationships, and embedding best-practice procurement processes to support a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven procurement leadership experience, ideally spanning multiple categories (indirect, F&B, and/or construction/capital projects)
• A track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience operating in fast-growth, multi-site, or hospitality/retail environments highly desirable
• A hands-on, pragmatic leader comfortable balancing strategic category management with day-to-day delivery
