Email Marketing Operations Manager – Adobe Campaign
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Operations Manager to lead large-scale, global email marketing operations for a large enterprise organisation.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for overseeing campaign delivery, operational performance and a large, multi-location team of 40–50+ specialists across campaign operations, development and delivery management.
You will drive operational excellence, improve campaign effectiveness and ensure the successful delivery of high-volume customer communications across multiple business units and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end email marketing operations using Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Standard.

Manage and develop a large team of 40–50+ onshore and offshore resources.

Oversee campaign planning, segmentation, workflows, testing, deployment and reporting.

Drive automation, process improvement, quality assurance and operational efficiency.

Manage budgets, resource planning, vendor relationships and delivery performance.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Data, Technology and Compliance.

Ensure campaign governance, data quality and regulatory compliance.

Define KPIs and SLAs, providing performance reporting and continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills Required:

10+ years’ experience in Email Marketing, CRM Operations or Marketing Automation.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of Adobe Campaign.

5+ years’ experience managing large teams.

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale or global email marketing operations.

Experience managing significant operational budgets and third-party vendors.

Strong understanding of CRM, customer segmentation, personalisation and customer journeys.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within complex, global and highly matrixed organisations.
