Job Title: Partner, Energy Practice, International Procurement & Supply Chain Consultancy

We are managing a Search for a Partner to build and lead the Energy practice at a respected international consultancy specialising in procurement and supply chain optimisation.
The firm: A boutique-led consultancy with an international client base. It is known for delivering measurable savings, resilient supply chains and procurement transformation for complex, asset-heavy organisations.
The role:
You will own the Energy practice: strategy, P&L, client relationships and the team. You will set the direction of the offering, win and lead major engagements, and develop the next generation of consultants and directors.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and grow the Energy practice across the UK and international markets
Originate new business and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders
Direct delivery of procurement, sourcing and supply chain programmes for energy clients
Shape thought leadership and the firm’s market positioning in the sector
Coach, develop and retain high-calibre consulting talent
Requirements:
Partner-level or equivalent experience in a consulting firm, ideally a boutique or mid-size practice
Deep procurement and supply chain expertise, with credible sector knowledge across energy, utilities, oil and gas, power or renewables
A track record of bringing clients with you, backed by an established network of senior buyers and decision-makers
Commercial instinct, the confidence to lead from the front and the presence to advise at board level
UK-based, with willingness to work internationally
