Job Title: Real Estate Investment Lending Director

Location: London

Salary: £120,000 to £150,000 per annum, plus competitive bonus paid quarterly

A financial institution is seeking a pro-active and entrepreneurial Lending Director to independently originate, structure, and execute top-tier transactions across the UK and Europe.

As Director, you’ll lead the entire deal process, from origination to completion and will be tasked with:

• Identify, structure, and execute transactions that align with the company’s lending goals, driving growth for both the business and its clients.
• Manage existing client relationships while developing new ones, uncovering exciting opportunities in the market.
• Help the business grow its reputation and partnerships with SMEs, advisors, private equity firms, brokers, and other key market players.
• Work closely with the team on a variety of deals, including corporate finance, real estate, and more, ensuring all transactions meet high standards.
• Spread financial accounts, analyse financial models, and create detailed memorandums.
• Deliver top-tier service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations at every stage.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services, constantly seeking ways to enhance both customer experience and asset quality.
