Job Title: UHNW Relationship Manager / Private Banker
Our client is seeking an established Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Relationship Manager / Private Banker with a proven track record of managing and growing significant client relationships. The successful candidate will have deep expertise across UHNW markets, an established network of clients and intermediaries, and a demonstrable ability to originate, develop, and retain high-value relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and Grow UHNW Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their businesses, wealth structures, objectives, and sources of wealth creation.
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing personalised guidance and delivering exceptional client service.
- Leverage an established network to identify and develop new client opportunities.
Deliver Bespoke Wealth Solutions
- Partner with clients to understand their financial goals and develop tailored solutions across investments, lending, liquidity management, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with clients’ evolving needs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative products and services that deliver measurable value.
Drive Business Development & Growth
- Demonstrate a strong track record of client acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio growth within the UHNW segment.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through an established network of clients, family offices, and professional intermediaries.
- Develop and execute a clear business strategy to achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Collaborate Across the Private Bank
- Work closely with investment specialists, product partners, and support teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
- Share expertise and market insight to support the development of colleagues and enhance the overall client experience.
- Build strong partnerships across the organisation to resolve complex client requirements efficiently.
Uphold Risk, Compliance & Integrity Standards
- Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure clients receive appropriate advice with a clear understanding of investment risks and strategic considerations.
- Promote a strong risk culture while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a UHNW Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Senior Wealth Advisor within a leading private banking environment.
- Proven success managing and growing substantial UHNW client portfolios across relevant markets.
- Established network of UHNW clients, family offices, and professional intermediaries.
- Demonstrated ability to originate new business, win mandates, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Strong track record of delivering bespoke investment, lending, and wealth management solutions.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and influencing senior stakeholders across a complex organisation.
- Deep understanding of wealth management products, markets, and regulatory considerations.
