Marmion is a Senior Consultant within PSD’s Global Sports Practice, focusing on Formula 1, Motorsport and the wider European sports rights holder market. With over four years of experience across Sport & Entertainment, he has successfully delivered senior appointments for rights holders, NGB’s and agencies across commercial, technical and leadership functions.

Having built an extensive network throughout the sports industry, Marmion supports clients on executive search, talent mapping and strategic hiring assignments, helping organisations identify and attract high-performing talent.

He is a graduate of Newcastle University and holds a Master’s degree in Sports Business.
