Charlotte Whalley

Charlotte Whalley is a Senior PA and IT Support. She has worked for PSD for over 3 years and also assists our sister company Hoggett Bowers. Within this time she has helped and supported most teams within the business. Currently Charlotte supports the Manchester Consultants , Hogget Bowers and is a member of the IT Support Team. She helps with hands-on IT user support across Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint, assists with onboarding and system access for new starters. Charlotte provides support for whole business when needed.

With a strong background in legal administration, she brings excellent attention to detail, document accuracy and client care experience. She holds a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business & Administration and is First Aid and Fire Marshal trained.
