Health and Safety Manager – Hotels

Location: Buckinghamshire / Great London

Salary: £70,000/£80,000

A high-profile luxury estate in Buckinghamshire is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join the business during a significant period of investment and transformation.

The estate comprises luxury accommodation, leisure facilities, sporting amenities, and a busy programme of events, and is currently undergoing a major refurbishment programme with long-term ambitions to become one of the UK’s leading destinations of its kind.

The Role

Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will take full ownership of Health & Safety strategy, compliance, and culture across a complex, multi-faceted environment. The role is hands-on and wide-ranging, covering operational activity, contractors, and major refurbishment works.

About You

• Strong Health & Safety experience within complex, multi-site or project-led environments
• Excellent knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
• Confident managing contractor and project safety
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and operational teams
• Backgrounds outside hospitality are welcomed (e.g. estates, construction, mixed-use, leisure)
