Abi Owolabi

As a Researcher at PSD, Abi works across the Financial Services and Real Estate & Construction practices, supporting executive search assignments through the sourcing, assessment, and selection of senior-level talent across the UK and EMEA. Her role focuses on delivering detailed market intelligence, talent mapping, and in-depth research to inform search strategy and support clients in making well-evidenced hiring decisions.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics and a master’s in Business Analytics, which underpin her analytical and data-driven approach to research. Abi began her career in recruitment within the technology sector, recruiting sales professionals into fintech and high-growth start-up environments, before transitioning into senior compliance mandates within financial services. The majority of her recruitment experience has been delivery-focused, combining candidate engagement with rigorous market analysis to add value to both search execution and broader business initiatives.
