Allison is a Senior Consultant in PSD’s Financial Services sector.  With over 20 years’ experience in Banking and Financial Services executive search and talent acquisition, Allison has in depth knowledge of the sector and the ever-changing regulatory needs of her clients. She has personally delivered a wide range of C level and senior functional (Financial Crime compliance, Operational risk, credit risk) appointments across the Banking and Financial Services landscape and has become a trusted partner to many organisations. Her approach combines a robust professional network, superior market intelligence, and collaboration with the Group’s wider talent pools to consistently deliver strong, diverse candidate selections.

Prior to joining PSD, Allison held several senior management roles within market leading Consultancies both in South Africa and London.
