Simon is an Associate Director within PSD’s Technology and Transformation Practice, specialising in executive and senior leadership appointments across Technology, Transformation and Operations. He brings over 15 years’ experience in IT recruitment, underpinned by a strong background in data management, CRM and marketing technologies, service delivery, and key account management.

Simon focuses on placing Technology and Change professionals within a variety of sectors with particular focus on Fintech, Payment Services and Banking. His remit spans mid to senior-level management, programme and project management, business technologists, and specialist technology professionals, working across both permanent and contract/interim appointments.

He works closely with clients and candidates across a broad range of technology and change disciplines, including CIO and CTO leadership, director-level Technology and Change roles, programme and portfolio management, senior business analysis, architecture (technical, enterprise and solution), and digital product design and development. Simon is always keen to connect with IT Transformation leaders and Technology professionals as well as organisations looking to build high-performing technology and transformation teams.
