Jason is a Principal Consultant within PSD’s Financial Services team, leading a broad range of mandates across the UK and international financial services sector.

With nearly 20 years’ experience in executive search, leadership assessment, and talent acquisition, Jason brings deep expertise in private banking, wealth management, and asset management. He specialises in supporting high-growth organisations during periods of transformation.

Jason has personally delivered senior appointments across the UK, Switzerland, and the Middle East, hiring C-suite and senior functional leaders across Front Office, Operations, and Investment Management. His client base spans SMEs, private equity-backed businesses, and global corporate banks. Whether placing a Managing Director or building out their teams, Jason works closely with clients to deliver long-term impact.

He is also working closely with colleagues across PSD to grow the family office practice and supports adjacent sectors, including legal and general counsel appointments. Recent mandates have included senior hiring within digital, crypto, and exchange-traded funds (ETF), reflecting the evolution of asset management and the increasing influence of AI.
