Francesca Robinson

Francesca has over 30 years’ experience running both public and private recruitment businesses. Having previously been the Group CEO and most recently, Executive Chair, she led the successful IPO and subsequent management buyout of PSD group in 2010.  Now in the capacity of Non-Executive Director, Francesca continues to provide support and advice on the company’s growth strategy and performance.  Francesca has been appointed a Trustee and Chair of the Development Committee of the National Theatre with effect from June 2026 and is Deputy Chair of Blackheath Halls.
