Job Title: Capital Projects Director

Salary: £100,000 – £125,000 plus package

We’re partnering with a multi-site business to appoint a Capital Projects Director to lead a major, long-term investment programme.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of a diverse portfolio of construction, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects — from early-stage planning through to delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping investment decisions, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a multi-year capital programme across a  select portfolio of high-profile, large-scale sites.
• Advising senior stakeholders on investment strategy and project viability
• Driving strong governance, commercial performance, and delivery standards
• Managing contractors, consultants, and complex stakeholder groups
• Ensuring compliance across planning, regulatory, and H&S requirements

• Senior-level experience delivering large-scale capital projects
• Background in complex, multi-site environments
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
