Thomas is a Principal Consultant in PSD’s Financial Services practice, focusing on Investment Management, Operations, Product Development and Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Risk across Asset Management, Fund Services, Venture Capital, Private Markets, Hedge Funds and FinTech.

Thomas has over 18 years of financial services experience, 6 years at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for managing a team of product developers and fund lawyers, building a number of multi-asset, convertibles, and hedge fund strategies. Along with this, he managed the ETF and passive fund platform JPMorgan was rolling out. Previous to this he spent 7 years at Octopus Investments running product development and strategy across private markets and their multi-manager business.
