Stephen Banks

Stephen specialises in international assignments, the majority of which are commercial roles, in the Middle East and Europe along with selected senior hotel operational roles, such as general managers in the same geographical areas.

With a hospitality career spanning over 30 years, Stephen began his career at The Hilton on Park Lane, soon moving from operations to a long Sales & Marketing career. Joining The Café Royal and later Hyatt at The Carlton Tower, Stephen rounded off 15 years in London and began his Middle East career with InterContinental in The Sultanate of Oman, moving with the brand to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and then with Ritz-Carlton in Qatar, eventually spending 23 years the Gulf with IHG, Ritz-Carlton, Fairmont and Movenpick in Egypt.

Stephen joined PSD in 2017 bringing this practical experience to his everyday candidate search, working with major luxury hospitality brands and boutique independents. This has resulted in notable appointments over this time in the Gulf countries, Germany and France.
