Peter Hardy

Peter is Client Director in PSD’s Real Estate & Construction business, focused on the recruitment of senior leadership and board-level roles in the real estate sector.

Peter works with developers, investment managers, residential developers as well as across the living sector including later living, PRS/build-to-rent, student accommodation, and affordable housing. Peter has had a long track record of working within real estate private equity and in recent years has also run senior level assignments in construction and infrastructure fields.

Peter’s focuses across all major disciplines including group roles such as CEO, CFO, COO and General Counsel and senior management positions in areas such as asset management, investment, finance, and analysis.
