He specialises in partnering with Property developers, investors, housebuilders, Property Management and Hotel owners to secure high-calibre finance leadership talent. With deep sector knowledge and UK and EMEA network, Mark works across the full finance property lifecycles from Investment, development, and construction through to financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance functions.

His focus is on senior, executive and board-level finance appointments, using a consultative and headhunt-led approach to identify individuals who can drive both commercial finance performance and long-term business growth. Mark also advises clients on talent strategy, organisational structure, and remuneration benchmarking as well as Market updates ensuring recruitment decisions are aligned with trends and business goals.
