Lesley Reynolds

Lesley’s experience spans 36 years in executive search in the hotel, hospitality and leisure sectors prior to which she worked in Hotel and Club General Management positions in Scotland and London.

Lesley works internationally across geographies on C-Suite and Flagship GM roles  including the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, US and South East Asia.

Lesley led the hospitality team at PSD between 2003 and 2019 before handing over to day-to-day team management responsibility enabling her to dedicate her time and focus on strategic client work and selective executive searches thereby extending her wide-reaching network and reputation in the marketplace.
