Kit is Group Managing Director of PSD, whilst also leading PSD’s Hospitality, Leisure & Lifestyle, and Sport Practices, leading a broad range of assignments and personally specialising in Board and C-level appointments across the Sport, Leisure and Entertainment sectors.

With over 20 years’ experience in executive search, leadership assessment and talent acquisition, Kit has an outstanding knowledge of these sectors, consumer trends and the ever-changing needs of clients particularly with regards to commercial growth and organisational transformation.

He has personally delivered a wide range of Chair, INED, C-level and senior functional (Operations, Commercial, Finance) appointments across the sport and leisure landscape and has become a trusted partner to many organisations. Key to this success has been a strong and broad personal network, exceptional levels of market intelligence and the highly effective utilisation of the Group’s wider networks to provide diverse and challenging shortlists.

A graduate of Loughborough University, prior to specialising in executive search, Kit held several senior management roles within the health and fitness sector, with both premium operators and a vocational training and development provider.
