His personal expertise is in partnering with Investment and Asset Management firms operating in both public and private markets.

Specialising in mid- to senior-level appointments, Geoff focuses on Technology, Data, and Business Transformation roles, supporting clients with both permanent and interim requirements. With over 25 years of experience in the sector, he has developed a deep understanding of his clients’ operating models, strategic priorities, and regulatory environments. He is supported by an extensive network of candidates with strong domain expertise and a proven track record of delivery.

Geoff began his career in electronic engineering before transitioning into recruitment, where he has built nearly three decades of experience advising organisations on critical technology and transformation hires.
