Charlotte Barton

Charlotte is a Senior Personal Assistant supporting the Chairman, Group Managing Director, and the Hospitality, Leisure and Sport team. She plays a key role in ensuring senior leadership operates efficiently, while also leading the coordination of company-wide events and internal initiatives.

With three years’ prior experience as a recruitment consultant, Charlotte brings strong commercial awareness and a clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. This enables her to anticipate needs, communicate effectively across teams, and provide proactive, well-informed support at a senior level. Her move into a more operationally focused role allows her to work closely with the strategic side of the business, where her organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities add value across a fast-paced environment.
