Caroline specialises in recruiting director level roles in Operations, HR and Marketing with clients who are food and drink led, be that in Restaurants, Bars, Private Members Clubs and Retail hospitality, also on group Food & Beverage Director roles in luxury hotels.

Graduating in Hospitality Management at Leeds Beckett University, Caroline’s first job was on a Cruise Ship in the Caribbean . She progressed to become the first female on-board Head Sommelier and went on to explore Canada and Alaska.

On her return to the UK, Caroline spent many years managing high-end Wine Bars and Restaurants in London before a very satisfying meeting with PSD led to her joining the business in 2003 .

She has spent 22 years with PSD, building an incomparable network of candidates and clients with a track record of successful placements in Operations, HR and Marketing roles
