Alison French

Alison is the Group HR Manager and brings over 40 years of experience in human resources. She is responsible for the implementation, development and ongoing management of the Group’s HR functions, ensuring they are fully aligned with the overall business strategy and organisational goals.

Alison joined PSD Group in 1984 and has been a key part of the business ever since, building a wealth of knowledge across people management, employee relations, compliance and organisational development. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the Group make her a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees.
