Managing Director Designate – Residential Development

Location: South West

The Role:

Our client is an established, privately owned housebuilder who are expanding their senior management team through the need to grow their business as opposed to reducing it.

As a result of this strategic shift, they are looking to appoint a Managing Director to oversee their South West region.

You will be an established senior manager in the residential development sector and have many years of expertise ideally both at discipline director and/or managing director level.

You will be required to put together a new management team (from the existing parts of the business that will form the Southwest region) and will then be expected to create a strategy for the next phase of growth which you will then implement.

This is represents a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of the market as it gradually recovers.
