Investment and Asset Manager – Property Investor & Developer (UK)

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Investment and Asset Manager to join a leading UK-wide property investor and developer. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of income-producing and development assets, contributing to both the strategic management of existing properties and the assessment of new investment opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a central role in maximising asset performance, ensuring that each property achieves its full financial and operational potential. Responsibilities include financial modelling, performance analysis, and preparation of asset management plans to guide decision-making and optimise returns. You will work closely with internal development, finance, and leasing teams, as well as external consultants, agents, and joint venture partners, to deliver value-enhancing initiatives such as refurbishments, lease restructures, and disposals.

In addition to managing existing assets, the role will involve identifying and analysing new investment and development opportunities.

This will require producing detailed appraisals, cash flow models, and sensitivity analyses to support acquisition decisions and business planning. A deep understanding of market trends, valuation principles, and real estate fundamentals is essential.

About The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment or asset management, with advanced Excel and analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. Experience within the UK property market—across sectors such as commercial, residential, or mixed-use—is highly desirable.
