Divisional Finance Director

Location: Northern Home Counties

Salary: £150,000 plus bonus & benefits

The Role:

Our client is a large residential developer who are looking to recruit an experienced finance director for a big, combined region across the Northern Home Counties.

The role is not just a reporting to group remit, but one with a wider reach not least working with the Regional Chair on strategic and long-term financial planning.

You will be an established finance professional with a background in residential development and there is an expectation that you will be familiar with working with non-finance senior managers as a partner rather than as a sub-ordinate.

This is a new role and one that will appeal to an ambitious individual who is well established in their career and already a respected individual in the housebuilding sector.
