We are looking for an experienced recruiter with knowledge of the Facilities Management and Property Services market. They will be responsible for developing this specialism within our wider property team – working with an established client base while also growing new relationships. This is a chance to take real ownership of a market, shape its direction, and become the go-to recruiter for FM talent.
We are looking for
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related sector.
- Strong business development skills and confidence in building long-term client relationships.
- Ability to operate across permanent, interim and/or executive search assignments.
- Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by success.
- A team player who wants to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious environment.
