Description

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with knowledge of the Facilities Management and Property Services market. They will be responsible for developing this specialism within our wider property team – working with an established client base while also growing new relationships. This is a chance to take real ownership of a market, shape its direction, and become the go-to recruiter for FM talent.

We are looking for

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Facilities Management, Property Services, or a related sector.
  • Strong business development skills and confidence in building long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to operate across permanent, interim and/or executive search assignments.
  • Commercially driven, resilient and motivated by success.
  • A team player who wants to contribute to a collaborative and ambitious environment.
