London Property Investment & Asset Management Business are seeking a Rent Review / Landlord & Tenant Surveyor to join our dynamic, growing investment and asset management team. The business has a £2.5bn commercial portfolio across the UK.

The Role

• As part of our London-based portfolio team, you will play a central role in maximising income, protecting landlord interests, and supporting asset growth across a diverse UK wide property portfolio.

• You’ll work closely with asset managers, investment colleagues, and external advisors to deliver well-reasoned, evidence-based guidance on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, and broader landlord & tenant matters.

• Your professional insight will help shape portfolio strategy and drive rental performance across multiple assets.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys the intellectual challenge of negotiation, valuation, and interpreting complex lease documentation.

• You’ll manage your own caseload, conduct inspections and rental analyses, prepare reporting for internal stakeholders, and lead negotiations through to completion. The successful candidate will bring a confident, solutions-driven approach and a keen eye for detail, balanced with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, solicitors, agents, and internal teams.

We are looking for a surveyor with solid Landlord & Tenant experience—ideally MRICS qualified, though strong candidates working toward qualification will be considered. A deep understanding of London markets is essential, alongside excellent communication skills and the ability to present arguments clearly and persuasively.
