We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS business to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for their London-based team. This is a hybrid role and an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to take ownership of digital performance and pipeline contribution.
The Role
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for driving demand and supporting revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing activity. You’ll work closely with sales and wider marketing teams to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across multiple channels.
This role suits someone who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline
- Manage activity across digital, email, partner marketing, and events
- Own paid activity using LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Track, analyse, and report on performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Continuously test, optimise, and improve campaign effectiveness
- Support integrated go-to-market campaigns across multiple channels
About You
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong background in digital marketing and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Data-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable owning results
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience working in a growth-focused environment
